Thank you for a very nice stay. The hotel is attractive, it has decent staff and an English bar. The rooms are newly remodelled and reasonably large, with nice decoration. Venue provides tasty meals.

We appreciated free breakfasts and particularly nice views!

The room was newly renovated and good sized and come with coffee, a kitchenette, and a nice, separate living area. That hotel was in a marvellous location, close to downtown.

The property is clean; spacious and updated rooms; exceptionally comfortable bed. Everyone who works in the hotel is exceptional and pleasant. Also, the location is marvellous and decent, minutes from a massive museum. And it's nestled in a nice building adjacent to the outlet was working. All in all they offer excellent service. When I am in Rochester, I like staying here.

We got a room with walk-in showers. The hotel's location was great, right by other areas, resturants all over town, and the George Eastman House.

The service provided there was great! The room we booked was high quality and fashionable with cell phone and comfortable linens, as example. Hotel's location was marvellous, in a beautiful neighborhood.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with restaurants, cafes, and attractions within walking distance. The hotel had a unique character and charm, with levels, nooks, and garden seating scattered throughout the property.

The hotel had a funky smell in some of the corridors, which was unpleasant. Additionally, the TV channels were limited, and we were not able to watch the game we wanted in our room.

Location very close to all restaurants, local museums and a good area. Smooth check-in and easy check-out, EXCEPTIONAL staff. Trendy rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and pleasant views.

This hotel was in a great location for a sight-seeing visit. It is near all major roads, making it easy to explore the area. The neighborhood is beautiful, with tree-lined walks and interesting street art. The rooms were nice and clean, and the front desk staff was very professional and helpful. Despite a few minor issues, such as a hard bed and a door that wouldn't stay closed, the overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. The value for money was reasonable, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The breakfast, while not gourmet, was adequate and offered a variety of hot and cold options.

The fridge availability was limited and the price could be improved.

The location was great for two single guys to go out to party and see the city of Rochester. Though you have to have car while staying just to get everywhere.
